PARKING
Parking spots in the building’s lot are assigned to units. Do not park in other spaces in the lot. Short term parking for loading/unloading in front of the canopy for up to 15 minutes max. Please advise guests or service persons to park in one of your spaces or on the street.
POOL
Pool is open May through mid-September weather permitting and reserved for residents and their guests. To see full pool rules please refer to your CCRs & ByLaws.
PETS
Dogs are not allowed at Sunset East. No animals are allowed in the pool and courtyard area.
